when you are looking to take a sample throughout a tanker fast.
It takes a large cross sectional sample (from top to bottom) through the tanker.
The sample size is approximately 8L from a bulk depth of 1.5 meters.

The open tube will penetrate the product to the desired depth.
When retracting the patented valve closes to keep the cement or product in the sampler.
